Terms and Conditions for Thrill Stake Extreme Sport Lessons

Welcome to Thrill Stake! We are excited to share our passion for extreme sports with you. Before you participate in our lessons, please read these terms and conditions carefully. By booking a lesson with Thrill Stake, you agree to abide by these terms.

1. Definitions

1.1 "Thrill Stake" refers to the entity providing extreme sport lessons, including all affiliated brands, employees, contractors, and agents.

1.2 "Participant" refers to any individual who engages in lessons or activities provided by Thrill Stake.

1.3 "Lesson" refers to any session organized by Thrill Stake where participants are instructed on extreme sports, including but not limited to, rock climbing, bungee jumping, paragliding, and downhill mountain biking.

2. Acknowledgment of Risks

2.1 Extreme sports involve inherent risks, including but not limited to severe injury, paralysis, or death. As a participant, you acknowledge that you understand these risks and accept full responsibility for any injuries that may occur.

2.2 You agree to comply with all instructions and safety guidelines provided by Thrill Stake staff. Failure to do so may result in the termination of your participation without refund.

3. Eligibility

3.1 All participants must be at least 18 years old or have written consent from a parent or guardian.

3.2 Certain medical conditions may preclude participation. You are required to disclose any relevant medical history or conditions that might affect your ability to safely engage in extreme sports.

3.3 Thrill Stake reserves the right to refuse participation to anyone who is deemed unfit due to health concerns or lack of experience.

4. Booking and Cancellation Policy

4.1 Booking a lesson can be done through our website or via phone. A valid credit card must be provided at the time of booking.

4.2 To cancel or reschedule a lesson, participants must provide at least 48 hours' notice. Cancellations made with less than 48 hours’ notice may be subject to a cancellation fee.

4.3 In the event that Thrill Stake must cancel a lesson due to weather, safety concerns, or other unforeseen circumstances, participants will be notified and given the option to reschedule or receive a full refund.

5. Payment Terms

5.1 Prices for lessons are outlined on our website and are subject to change. The price at the time of booking will be honored.

5.2 All payments are due at the time of booking. If payment is not received, Thrill Stake reserves the right to cancel the booking.

5.3 Any additional costs incurred during the lessons (such as rental equipment) will be clearly communicated and charged accordingly.

6. Equipment and Safety Gear

6.1 Participants are encouraged to provide their own equipment, though rentals are available through Thrill Stake. All rental equipment remains the property of Thrill Stake and must be returned in good condition.

6.2 All participants must wear approved safety gear during lessons, including helmets, harnesses, and any other necessary equipment as specified by the instructor.

6.3 Participants are responsible for the care of any rented equipment. Damaged or lost items may be subject to replacement fees.

7. Waiver of Liability

7.1 Participants must sign a waiver of liability before engaging in any lessons. This waiver releases Thrill Stake from any liability for injury or loss arising from participation in lessons.

7.2 By signing the waiver, you acknowledge that you have read and understood its content and agree to its terms.

8. Media Release

8.1 Thrill Stake may take photographs or videos during lessons for promotional purposes. By participating, you grant Thrill Stake the right to use these images for marketing without compensation.

8.2 If you do not wish to be photographed or recorded, please inform an instructor before the start of your lesson.

9. Privacy Policy

9.1 Personal information collected during the booking process will be treated in accordance with applicable privacy laws. Thrill Stake will not share your information with third parties without your consent, except where necessary for the provision of services.

10. Governing Law

10.1 These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be resolved in the relevant courts of this jurisdiction.

11. Modifications to Terms

11.1 Thrill Stake reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Participants will be notified of significant changes via email or on the website.
